Instructors Bios

Dan Stih is co-instructor with Will Spates of IBE 314. He is the founder and owner of Healthy Living Spaces, holds his B.S.E. in Aerospace Engineering, and is an indoor air quality consultant. As a Council-certified Indoor Environmental Consultant and Council-certified Microbial Consultant, he is one of a select number of experts trained specifically to identify how indoor building environments may make you sick and to determine practical and cost effective methods for making them healthier places to be.

Dan conducts public speaking engagements regarding indoor environmental hazards and solutions. He has been an invited expert on TV and radio programs, been a guest speaker at colleges and town halls, and is interviewed by newspapers when expertise is required on indoor health related issues.
